Cancellation Policy

All payments for treatment at taken at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee. If you are feeling unwell, please contact me to rearrange your appointment — your health and wellbeing are my priority. By booking with The Soul Haven, you agree to these terms.
