How do I prepare for my Human Design reading?To prepare for your reading, ensure you have accurate birth information (date, time, and place). You might also want to think about areas of your life where you seek clarity or improvement, as this can help focus the session on your most pertinent issues. Make sure you complete these on the booking form when you book!

What are the downloadable guides, and how do they complement the readings?The downloadable guides provide detailed information about various aspects of Human Design, such as understanding centres, channels, and gates, and how they influence your life. These guides are great for clients who are not ready for a 121 reading or prefer more tangible information to work with.

How are the guides instantly downloadable but tailored to me.There has been a lot of love and pre work put into creating guides to cover all energy types, profiles, gates and channels etc. I use software which can then pull all the relevant sections of the report needed based on your body graph chart in an automated way pulling together your unique guide in seconds! How will I feel when I have Reiki?Everybody will have a unique experience. During the session clients report feeling tingling sensations, feel that my hands are very hot on them or sometimes cold. Some people see colours, some people feel different sensations in places even when I have moved. Releasing and moving stagnant energy can also cause a healing process to begin which can cause some emotions to rise to the surface, this is all perfectly normal and it is important to allow that to happen and be kind to yourself.
